Enjoy having peace of mind with BOI Filers by choosing the Ongoing Compliance subscription package for your BOI report. In addition to filing your initial BOI report, you will receive monthly reminders to ensure there are no changes in your previously reported information that would require an amended filing, plus access to unlimited amended filings during the subscription period.
The subscription period is for one (1) year from the date of purchase and will be automatically renewed until cancelled. If you do not wish to renew the subscription, then please contact us via email with your name, order number, and contact information no less than 30 days before renewal. The annual fee for this compliance package is $200 per report. However, if you own more than one (1) entity, then you are required to file a BOI report for each entity. We offer discounted pricing for multiple entity reporting as follows: $200 initial BOI report and ongoing compliance + $100 per additional report. Discount will be reflected at checkout.
